Fair and Balanced? Am I Fox News or something?
SCREW YOU DREW TETZ!
I never liked you anyway, and Archery is the dumbest name for a subset of a subset of yoyoing anyways.
f'real f'real.
In all honesty though, there's just so much crap associated with every angle of this. It just makes me sad more than anything.
I can't believe it's not OBVIOUS to you Will, that it's better to have people in your life who aren't always nice, than it is to have no one. If you don't understand that... I mean, there's not much else I can say.
Relationships are good, bad, ugly, and beautiful. *steps on soapbox* I honestly think it's when people don't know how to take the bad with the good, nay, dare I say, celebrate the bad with the good, that people disconnect from good friendships way too early. Every good friendship a person can ever have, is going to run into some trouble at some point, but damn... is that a reason to just say, "Screw you, I'm done with you - I'm better off without you anyway" ??
I think mindsets like that lead to a lot of broken friendships, relationships, premature divorces, etc. etc. etc. People are invaluable!
Consider this, you can never fully know yourself. There will be things about you to be discovered 'till the day you die. Now then, apply that fact to everyone else you meet, and every day is a new opportunity to grow closer to your friends/family/whoever. As soon as you say, "That's it, I know that there's nothing good to be had from being around you" you limit yourself in a VERY serious way.
I could go into more detail... but I'll save my breath for now - I have a feeling it'll be wasted.
*steps off of soapbox*
I dunno... obviously there's a cut-off point for most things... stuff like this included, but I think we're coming to it too early, instead of looking at why we're rushing so fast into dissociating from each other.
c'mon people. Don't be lame. That's Drew Tetz's job.
