TRAINWRECK!

The Trainwreck 2.0 took the great 5A play of the Original and made it great for 1A too. Smoothed edges, less pointy spike, inner wall redesign, better weight distribution.

Comes in 3 colorways. Limited to 200 worldwide.
Also, 20 of these Limited Edition Yo-Yoing.ru has been made. Great graphics by one of the coolest yo-yo clubs!

First sneak peek at the Yo-Yo Factory x Buzz-On DV888. Modeled after the infamous Buzz On DV8, this time around its all metal. It’ll be interesting to see if this goes the way of the DV8 and has pad response or upgrades to YYF’s killer big bearing/k pad set up?
First off is new packaging, here we see the new Velocity packaging.

Taking a more mass retail approach with a blister pack. Semi reminiscent of the Fast 201 package. very cool design.

Speaking of the Velocity looks like there will be a Metal Velocity/ ‘09 G5sd coming soon.

And lass but not least, 2009 Yo-Yo Factory Catalog! Very nice presentation and great layout. Not to mention some neat photos by Ben himself. Check out more pictures of the catalog over at Singapore Yoing blog
Here is a first look at some of the 2009 line from Werrd.

The first is being referred to as “Mini Pac Man”. its around 54 grams, but its in the regular sized realm of yo-yos, not a mini in diameter. But from what I’ve heard this is quite a player and the weight does not impede its playability.

Next we see a really exciting project unfold. No word yet on a working title, but this is really pushing an innovative idea.

Each one of these yo-yos is the same basic yo-yo, only with different, interchangeable, rims. Stainless Steel, Delrin, Aluminum. what ever you like, you can get.

This looks like it will turn a lot of heads and make for some really interesting shapes. Looking forward to seeing how this project grows.

Another look at the pre-production Bassalope. If all checks out with this prototype It’s onto the Lathe and this bad boy will be going into full production.
Small bearing (Duncan sized), pad response. Some really nice esthetics with this yo-yo. Great work for CLYW 3rd release!
First glimpses of Yo-Yo Factory’s new DNA, thanks to myth.

This is the 888’s big brother.

With a Diameter and Width similar to the Superstar, but weighing a little less, this looks to be another solid release from Yo-Yo Factory. To see comparison pictures and more info check out myth’s post @ Yo-YoNation.com
Chris has really out done himself this time. 4 New peak colors are up at the CLYW Store. 20 magenta/gold (pictures/my favorite of the batch). Plus Copper, Blue and Gold/Gold Splash. These are all test colors so they will be different then the production colors, and less then 5 of each. As with all CLYW pieces, these are both unique art pieces and amazing players. And for the price a great deal, we all know the after-market value of Peaks these days.
