I’m not to keen on posting stuff on this blog that Save Deth is doing. But I feel this is blog worthy.

First, there’s a Website and a Blog. We are going to try and update it as much as we can with pictures progress and processes of the merch we’ll be selling.

DVD’s are back from press and waiting for you to buy them at Worlds
But there is something you don’t know about the DVD…
Whoa!
You’ll be watching part of it in 3D.
(with your complimentary 3D glasses)

I don’t have the story on these yet, but Chrisnote86 just put the rad out on these with his flickr site.  I’ll update this blog when I find out more about these guys.

Check out the rest of the pictures here.

Prices are $20-$30.

I’m very excited to see Born Crucial working with yo-yoers (Mark Montgomery and Sky Kiyabu) for their designing. It will be nice to see something grow and still keeps its roots in yo-yoing.

One Drop’s 7th, and final prototype is finished and here are the pictures. I’ve very impressed with the design of this. The shape looks very comfortable and reminiscent of the Peak or Dark Magic, 2 of the more comfortable yo-yos I’ve played with.

I look forward to seeing how there axle system works. With the steel axle that is replaceable, it should help with vibration and stripping problems some yo-yos have. Another interesting deign idea they are using are small grooves on the profile of the yo-yo. I’m assuming this is for less surface area during grinds? cool to see someone trying it out.

Good job guys, can’t wait to try it out.

Available at Worlds in red or black, only in large bearing configuration (for the moment).

This is the inaugural run of the Steve Brown 888, less than 80 pieces made. This won’t be the only run, and more colors/options will be considered for future runs.

Oh…and it comes with dice hubstacks.

Cool, huh?

Mr. Greg Cohen just sent me an email with two pictures telling me that I can put them on the blog.  There are going to be 40 available at worlds.  That’s all I know.

The graphics look like they are straight out of a hentai film and it seems to have some kind of red pad for response.  Ish.

That’s right, the rumored (or truemored) beefcaked machined aluminum yo-yo is close to market.  I’ve been hearing about this yo-yo for months but this is the first time that I have seen pictures of it.  Apparently it will be available in three flavors, beefcake, single flat and kk bearing. The beefcake of course acts as a kk because of the natural groove between the bearings.  The yo-yo is 52.5mm in diameter, 40mm wide, 66g heavy and it returns to your hand with the help of Born Crucial (Or Paul Yath) Ghost Pads.  The design of the yo-yo allows for the gap to be shimmed 4.4mm to 6mm without any deep throat problems. The recess for the ghost pad is deep enough to allow for ease of silicone.

Straight up this yo-yo sounds like just the thing for anyone who wants to tinker and mod without having to cut-on the yo-yo. Keep an eye on werrd.com to see when it drops.

update: Thanks to Skip for the comment.  Apparently the yo-yo will not be sold in the three flavors, it will be sold beefcaked with two YoYoJam bearings, however you can change the bearing set up to accomidate the other two setups (and whatever else you can dream up).

this is not a link.

Ask and you shall receive.  Comparison pictures of the Cream and the Milk.

Holy Shit! Is that a hubstack?!?!?  OMFG I THINK IT IS!  So the Cream is wider and shorter than the Milk.  Contrary to previous reports (by me) the Cream will have the same SPR system that the Milk utilized.  To quote Paul Yath “Why change a good thing?”

Expect more pictures before worlds.

What is it?  It’s impossible to tell!  It looks like a Milk, but it’s different!  Could it be a cream?!?!?  Boy, those hubs stick out quite a ways….

All I can say is triple rad, more pictures will follow soon and I’ll write a review as soon as I get one of these bad boys in my hand.
